The Brooks is Marshall's vision for the future. The Park is designed to be developed in three phases. The first phase consists of 7 lots ranging in size from 4-10 acres. The infrastructure for this phase has been completed and the lots are ready for construction. The other two phases will accommodate future growth. In addition, 25 acres will be reserved for light industrial manufacturing.
